Contribute to Spring Bud - Ironman
Thank you for empowering improverished young women through advanced education. It costs only $1000 a year for tuition and fees in a 4-year college. The Spring Bud Program has supported the education of these young women from very poor families since the 4th grade.
You are asked to support the Spring Bud program by Luis Arcentales. Luis, a friend of The 1990 Institute, is embarking upon a second career as a triathlete during 2011, which will take him halfway around the world to China's 70.3 Ironman race in May, followed by Escape from Alcatraz, the Chicago triathlon and finally Phuket, host to the Asia-Pacific championships. By participating in these races, Luis hopes to raise awareness for the Spring Bud Program.
As of August 15, 2011, 39 contributions have been received for a total of $ 5,043.
