2011 - 10 Person Delegation Visiting Pucheng

In early November, 2011,  a 10-people delegation,  including four 1990 Institute directors, spent several days in Pucheng,  Shaanxi, to meet with the office staff and clients of the Pucheng County Women's Sustainable Development Association (PCWSDA).   See their report.
